About VERTIPRESS

VERTIPRESS makes bench tooling for the two operations that decide whether a small assembly holds together: putting a hole where it belongs, and putting a thread into a plastic part that will survive being opened again.

How the range is named

A letter names the family. A number names the tier inside it. That is the whole rule, and it is deliberately boring: P1 and P2 are the same kind of press at two sizes, and a future P3 would be a third size rather than a third generation.

The reason to fix this early is that catalogues decay when names are invented one product at a time. A buyer who has understood one designation has understood all of them.

What this site will not claim

Pressing capacities, material grades, certifications, minimum order quantities and lead times are not published until they have been confirmed with the manufacturer. Where a specification is still being verified, the product page says so rather than filling the gap with a plausible number.
