Universal Drill Station
Turn any hand drill into a precision drill press.
A hand drill held by hand wanders. The bit walks at the start of the cut, the hole opens out oval, and repeated holes drift out of line with each other. The U1 removes the hand from that equation: the drill is clamped to a carriage that travels on a threaded steel column, so the bit can only move along one axis.
The drill is yours. The U1 supplies the column, the carriage, the lever and the base — which means one stand serves whatever cordless or corded drill is already on the bench, and the tool is not obsolete when the drill is replaced.
The base is drilled and slotted so it can be bolted down or held with the C1 bench clamp.
