What this site collects
This is a static catalogue. It has no account system, no shopping cart and no contact form. Nothing you type is submitted to this website, because there is nothing here to submit it to.
What happens when you contact us
If you email, message or call us, we hold what you send: your name, your contact details, and the content of your enquiry. We use it to answer you and to prepare a quotation. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to anyone outside the people handling your enquiry.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept while an enquiry is live and for as long afterwards as commercial records require. If you ask us to delete your details, we will, unless we are required to keep a record of a completed transaction.
Server logs
Our web server records the usual request information: IP address, time, page requested and browser type. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure. They are not used to build a profile of you.
Fonts and third parties
Web fonts are served from this domain, not from a font CDN, so loading a page does not tell any third party that you visited. The site runs no advertising and no analytics trackers. Traffic passes through Cloudflare, which terminates TLS and sees request metadata.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the email address below and say what you want done.
